The Cantucci are made in the workshop of Sabina (Antonio Lo Franco’s wife, who is coeliac), using a tried and tested recipe: rice flour with the classic ingredients, first and foremost almonds, then brown sugar, a little honey and a touch of egg white to give the crust a nice crispier finish… nothing is missing!
Ingredients: Almonds, Cane sugar, Egg, Rice flour, Wholegrain rice flour, Corn starch, Honey, Salt of Trapani I.G.P., Baking powder.
