This new gift pack contains 4 specialities, in a single-layer box:
- 1 btl. Torbolone 2020 (red table wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Le Chiassaie 2021 (spumante brut, 750 ml)
- 1 bag Spaghetti (500 g)

A new gift pack ready to taste in just a few simple steps: with a saucepan full of water on the stove, you “pop” the cork of the sparkling white, Le Chiassaie, from the latest grape harvest. Then you make a toast and “plunge” the Spaghetti – artisanal, bronze-drawn, with a robust texture – into the boiling water. You strain them when “al dente” (don’t forget!) and dress them straight away, piping hot, with Sugo Bombolino without skins, a tasty sauce made in the Fattoria’s “pentoloni” (= big pans) using delicious, plump, sweet cherry tomatoes from the latest harvest, with extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil and a pinch of hot chilli pepper. Waiting for them on the table is the red Torbolone, the house wine, full-bodied, with robust tannins and just the right flavour to bring out the best in a steaming hot dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
