Sicilian olives (Nocellara del Belice) - green, small but plump and incredibly tasty - in an audacious, pungent (delicious!) version for strong palates. They can be served with aperitifs and appetizers, used to accompany cheeses, cold cuts and vegetables, or to add flavour to sauces and salads. Once the olives have been “consumed”, you can use the oil that remains in the jar to season a dish of pasta, boiled eggs or potatoes, as well as boiled or grilled fish.
