The most delicious (and ingenious!) uncooked Italian sauce. At the Fattoria it is made with basil from the vegetable patch, mixed raw in the “Pentoloni” (= big pans) and put into jars that are then pasteurised at a low temperature.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Basil, Pine nuts, Salt of Trapani I.G.P., Parmigiano Reggiano cheese D.O.P. aged 36 months, Walnuts, Wine vinegar, Pecorino cheese, Garlic, Grape must.
