Stoneground durum wheat pasta in the classic mini-shapes: it is richer in protein, vitamins and fibre. In this way the flavour is even more delicious, it tastes of freshly-baked bread, and of fresh grains of wheat (it also preserves a good part of the precious wheat germ). It’s not whole-wheat pasta (nor does it have the same taste) but it is in any case more “whole” and easier to digest, delicious even just with olive oil or butter, exquisite with any sauce.
