- 1 jar Sugo Bombolino senza bucce (spicy cherry tomato sauce without skins, 280 g)

This new gift pack contains everything you need to prepare a simple lunch or dinner, full of aroma and flavour. To get started a nice dish of Fusilli, a classic, much-loved pasta shape, artisanally made with durum wheat semolina and drawn through bronze dies. The pasta’s tight spirals “capture” the fragrant, tasty Sugo Bombolino without skins, made from tomatoes grown in the Fattoria’s vegetable patch, picked at just the right point of ripeness and prepared in the sauce kitchen’s big pans (at a low temperature and in a vacuum, to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients). A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds its unmistakeable “touch” to the dish...
But what’s to drink? You can uncork – “col botto” (= with a loud pop)! – the alcohol-free sparkling Spremuta di Uva Fragola, perfect at any time of day and for all ages, healthy and thirst-quenching, with the aroma and flavour of grapes straight from the vineyard. The sweet finale is provided by the irresistible Chocolate Truffles, handmade one by one in the Fattoria’s bakery-workshop.
