“Born” about 40 years ago – along with the Fattoria! – from a recipe by Piera, who was the cook at that time. At home, she “foraged” for the dried fruit outdoors, according to the season. She cooked the biscuits in the wood-fired oven after baking bread… that’s what we still do today at the Fattoria. Rustic and genuine, with an aroma of good olive oil.
