The Fattoria’s salamis and other cold cuts are artisan-made for La Vialla, they are certified organic (something rare!) and do not contain any chemical preservatives (nitrites, nitrates, lactose, ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate) but just a mixture of natural herbs and spices – the Fattoria’s “secret recipe”! They are also certified gluten free and lactose free, so that they can be enjoyed by our friends who are intolerant to these substances. The meat used comes exclusively from Italian pigs, raised using organic methods (they have plenty of space available and large open-air pens, they are given organic feed and are not treated with hormones or antibiotics). The Fattoria’s cold cuts are sustainably produced and guarantee the health of both people and animals.
