Lay the slices of pecorino on top of the slices of bread, sprinkle them with rosemary leaves and cook in a preheated oven, at 180 °C, for 8-10 minutes – the time required for the cheese to “melt”. Serve the crostini while they’re nice and hot.
Due to the large number of shipments in the weeks leading up to Christmas, delivery time may be longer than the usual 10-15 working days.
