Cut the grapefruit in half and juice them (set one half aside for decoration). If you prefer your freshly squeezed juice without seeds and filaments, you can strain it. Put 2 or 3 ice cubes in each glass. Pour in the grapefruit juice first, then, slowly, the unfiltered Torbolino, and lastly a drop of sparkling mineral water. Cut slices of grapefruit from the remaining half and use them to decorate each glass
