Ingredients for 4 people:8 untreated mandarin oranges½ bottle dry sparkling wine freshly grated ginger400 g ice cubes
Peel the mandarin oranges, divide them in segments or cut them in pieces, blend them and then filter the juice you obtain. Put it back into the blender with the ice cubes and blend again. Transfer the liquid into a carafe and gradually pour in the sparkling wine. Lastly add the grated ginger and stir delicately with a wooden or glass rod before serving.
