The Fattoria’s salamis and other cold cuts are artisan-made for La Vialla, they are certified organic (something rare!) and do not contain any chemical preservatives (nitrites, nitrates, lactose or sodium ascorbate) but just a mixture of natural herbs and spices! They are also certified gluten free and lactose free, so that they can be enjoyed by our friends who are intolerant to these substances. The meat used comes exclusively from Italian pigs, raised using organic methods (they have plenty of space available and large open-air pens, they are given organic feed and are not treated with hormones or antibiotics). The Fattoria’s cold cuts are sustainably.
Due to the large number of shipments in the weeks leading up to Christmas, delivery time may be longer than the usual 10-15 working days. Orders made before November 21st will however be delivered before Christmas.We cannot guarantee timely delivery for orders made after the date mentioned above.Please note that your order is subject to 15% customs duty. The delivery company will notify you of the charges so that you can pay in advance. After which the goods will be delivered without further delay.
