To get you started and, at the same time, whet your appetite, there are the Fennel Sausages; tasty, fragrant, organic, handmade with meat free from hormones and antibiotics, seasoned with a 100% Viallino mixture of natural herbs and spices – it’s hard to find anything quite like them! A few minutes later the dishes are filled with colour and aroma: Fusilli – tightly spiralled to help capture any sauce – dressed with the very Tuscan Sugo all’Aglione and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold-pressed in La Vialla’s carbon free mill.
