Ingredients for 4 people: 8 slices homemade bread250 g Pecorino Gran Riserva 12 months
100 g fresh Porcini mushrooms or button mushrooms4-5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2-3 sprigs of thyme salt, black pepper
Cut the pecorino cheese into thin slithers and place them, in equal amounts, on the slices of bread. Arrange them in a baking dish and put it in the oven, at 200 °C, for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese has softened a little. Remove from the oven, place the mushrooms – cleaned and sliced – on top of the crostini and season with a pinch of salt.
