La Vialla-style Red Pesto

Tomatoes, dried under the southern Italian sun, combined with the typical ingredients of Ligurian pesto, enriched with the Fattoria’s olive oil and pecorino, and a pinch of chilli pepper: a simple, very tasty recipe, to use with all types of pasta, excellent with both raw and boiled vegetables, on crostini and also as a sauce for boiled meats.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Sun-dried tomatoes, Pecorino cheese, Pine nuts, Basil, Garlic, Hot chilli pepper.
