Thanks to its rich consistency and intense flavour, it’s perfect for dressing both short and long pasta, including pappardelle and pici.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Pitted black olives, Pitted green olives, Extra virgin olive oil, Capers, Parsley, Basil, Garlic, Salt of Trapani I.G.P., Grape must, Lemon, Hot chilli pepper.
