A gift pack to be enjoyed in company... in just a few simple steps! A saucepan full of water is about to boil on the stove, in the meanwhile you “pop” the cork of the new fresh, lively, sparkling Méthode Traditionnelle Cuvée Initiale, made with 100% Pinot Nero grapes grown in the Viallino vineyards in the Oltrepò Pavese area. Then you make a toast and “plunge” the Spaghetti – artisanal, bronze-drawn, with a robust texture – into the boiling water. You strain them when “al dente” and dress them, piping hot, with Sugo Bombolino without skins, a tasty sauce made in the sauce kitchen’s “pentoloni” (= big pans) using delicious, plump, sweet cherry tomatoes from the latest harvest. Waiting for them on the table is the red Torbolone, the house wine, full-bodied, with robust tannins and just the right flavour to bring out the best in a steaming hot dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
