A gourmand – as we know – is an expert taster, a refined palate, a food and wine expert – and when it comes to a “grand” one, satisfying him or her is even more difficult. This new gift pack does its very best, and to do so deploys some excellent “weapons”: tempting titbits (Fennel Sausages, Carciofini Trifolati, Oven Cooked Cherry Tomatoes with Olives) and a delicious, hearty first course (Spaghetti with fragrant Tomato, Olive and Caper Sauce), together with two “grand” condiments, La Vialla’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the delicate Balsamico Bianco.
