A gift pack created to help you put together a delicious La Vialla flavoured pasta dish in the blink of an eye! The protagonists are Fusilli, a much-loved, classic pasta shape, artisanally made and with tight spirals, perfect for “capturing” any sauce, and here they’re paired with Carciofina, a delicious one made with artichokes. Strain the pasta “al dente”, toss it with the sauce, a few spoonfuls of olive oil and a little of its cooking water, add a sprinkling of grated pecorino cheese... et voilà, it’s ready! To accompany the pasta there’s the “house white”, Torbolino, free from the constraints of appellation regulations, made with international grape varieties grown at the Fattoria; fresh and fruity, lively and elegant, with excellent persistence.
