These organic and biodynamic red wines come from the La Vialla’s vineyards in Tuscany, from the hills of the Chianti area near to Arezzo and from the Maremma. The vines are grown in a completely natural way and the grapes are picked by hand, bunch after bunch, when they are perfectly ripe. In this way, some of the region’s “classics” are produced in the Viallino winery using personal in-house “recipes”, a few of them are also unfiltered. In addition to their naturalness, most of them also share the terroir and a “heart” of Sangiovese, the quintessential Tuscan grape variety.
