A purée of fresh strawberries and blackberries (a lesser quantity) that adds aroma, colour and flavour to a “sparkling” aperitif that’s very popular a the Fattoria: a jar of La Fragolina mixed in a jug with a bottle of sparkling wine. It’s also exquisite with ricotta, yoghurt, ice cream, whipped cream and other creamy desserts.
