This gift pack contains everything you need to prepare a perfect dish of pasta, including a handmade, olive wood Spaghetti Measurer, which is perfect for calculating the right quantity of Spaghetti and Linguine. These two classic long pasta shapes, which are extremely popular in Italy and elsewhere, are made from durum wheat semolina and produced in the traditional way with bronze dies. They have a coarse texture, just right to “capture” all types of sauces. Here they’re accompanied by the Mediterranean Tomato, Olive and Caper Sauce and the hot Sugo all’arrabbiata, both made with tomatoes from the Fattoria’s vegetable patch, picked at just the right point of ripeness and immediately prepared, at a low temperature in the sauce kitchen’s big pans... add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and “buon appetito”!
