The Fattoria’s Spremuta di “Uva Fragola” (sparkling red grape juice) – healthy, thirst-quenching, full of vitamins and natural antioxidants – is a delicious way to enjoy the flavour and good qualities of freshly picked grapes, without any alcohol. It’s perfect with its “companions”; tasty Small Sun-dried Tomatoes, fragrant Fennel Sausages, two types of artisanal pasta – Spaghetti and Fusilli – accompanied by two “homemade” sauces, Tomato and Bell Pepper Sauce and Sugo Bombolino without skins.
