Grape blend: 100% Verdicchio
“Bubbly” that opens with a pop and corks that fly in the air, for everyone (children and “grownups”). The freshness, vivacity and festive character of La Vialla’s sparkling wines, but without alcohol, are captured in the bottles of “Mini-Spremuta frizzante” made with selected, aromatic, fresh grapes (Verdicchio that grows in vineyards rented by the Fattoria in the Marche region), which give juice that has floral and fruity aromas, and an excellent taste. The procedure is the same used for the red grape juices, but the skins are removed from the must immediately. After being enhanced with little bubbles, the Mini-Spremuta frizzante is bottled with the classic “mushroom-shaped” corks used for sparkling wines, and it’s a welcome guest anywhere – for lunches, snacks and parties. Its great taste and natural sweetness (which comes purely from the lovely golden green, Verdicchio grapes, not from added sugar) are a good alternative to the sugary soft drinks that children in particular consume on festive occasions. It’s best to serve the Spremuta chilled, but not ice-cold, as is also the rule for sparkling wines.
Tasting – Colour: intense yellow, with the typical sediment (it’s unfiltered!) that mixes with the juice when the bottle is opened and adds to its nuances of colour. The nose: yellow wildflowers and light-fleshed fruit such as pineapple, quince and pear. Hints of gooseberry and nuts. In the mouth: sweet and sapid at the same time, also pleasant thanks to its freshness and liveliness.
