Finely chop the hazelnuts with the cocoa powder in a food processor. Slit the vanilla pod open lengthwise and use the tip of a knife to remove the seeds; add them to the mixture in the food processor, together with both types of oil, the milk, agave syrup and honey (which help to add sweetness instead of using sugar). Blend everything together until you obtain a dense cream, the right consistency to spread on a slice of bread, fill a tart, or whatever you prefer... it can be used in hundreds of mouth-watering ways!
