The Spaghetti Measurer, a small device to help calculate the amount of spaghetti or long pasta required, is rustic because it keeps the irregularities of the pruned olive branches, making it more “Viallino”, exclusive and rare! Together with the Spaghetti, Linguine and Tagliatelle there are three sauces, Bombolino, Tomato, Olive and Caper, and Aglione – you can also mix them together if you like – to create fragrant dishes of pasta. And when the pasta is ready to serve, add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil straight from the bottle.
