A soft mixture of Viallella, hazelnuts and finely chopped Stracci biscuits, “dipped” in chocolate and dusted with a little cocoa powder .... these are the rustic Chocolate Truffles that are made by hand, from a recipe by Francesco, the Fattoria’s baker and pastry chef who – modestly! – describes them as follows, “…a concentrated blend of goodness, with an intense, heady taste.”
