La Vialla’s sparkling “Mini- Spremuta” is the perfect choice for an alcohol-free toast “con il botto” (= with a bang) at parties for both the young and the old! The small bottles contain all the effervescence of the bubbles, combined with the aromatic freshness of the grapes used to make the juice (Verdicchio from the Fattoria’s vineyards in the Marche region), without any alcohol. The production process is the same used for the sparkling red “Spremute”, but in this case the juice, with its floral and fruity notes, is immediately separated from the skins to preserve the beautiful shade of golden green that gives Verdicchio its name (which literally means greenish). This juice, well-balanced between sweetness and sapidity, has the authentic flavour of the grapes, with no added sugar. Protected by a classic champagne cork, this “bubbly” is ready to celebrate any occasion... light lunches, aperitifs, birthdays, baby showers, during which everyone – children, grandparents, mothers-to-be – can all drink a toast! Serve it chilled, but not ice-cold, just as you would for a sparkling wine.
Tasting – Colour: intense golden yellow, with a little natural sediment (it’s unfiltered!) that mixes with the juice when the bottle is opened. The nose: yellow wildflowers, white-fleshed fruit – pear, apple, pineapple – along with fresh notes of almond and gooseberry. In the mouth: sweet but not overly so, sapid and vivacious, with a finish that recalls freshly pressed grape must.
