A famous spicy sauce, which the cooks at the Fattoria have always prepared and has now arrived… in jars! The spiciness is balanced by the creamy consistency and a few “added ingredients”, such as bell peppers. As well as with penne (and every kind of pasta), it’s perfect instead of ketchup with grilled meat and vegetables, or with scrambled eggs. Use it to “spice up” homemade or ready-made sauces, with vegetables, with fresh cheeses.
Ingredients: Peeled tomatoes, Bell peppers, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt of Trapani I.G.P., White grape must, Parsley, Hot chilli pepper.
