A new entry for Christmas 2022, a tasty snack that’s perfect when it’s time for an aperitif and comes in handy when hunger begins to bite. It contains Tuscan Fennel Sausages: tasty, fragrant mini salamis, free from nitrates, nitrites, hormones and antibiotics, seasoned with a 100% Viallino mixture of natural herbs and spices, amongst which Tuscan fennel seeds. Sliced or in chunks, they go perfectly with the crunchy – and spicy – Quadrelli: crackers with a rustic look and taste, made with natural ingredients using solely extra virgin olive oil, which is what makes them crunchy, as well as adding flavour, together with the fact that they’re baked in the Fattoria’s wood burning oven. And what could be better, as you bite into these titbits, than ... the “house red”, Torbolone, the first of La Vialla’s wines born free from regulations, pleasantly soft, with an important body and lingering aftertaste.
